MEDICINE PACKAGING DESIGN
CHALLENGE
Medicine packaging typically lacks clarity and intentional design, making it difficult to seamlessly implement into daily life. Delsym is looking to explore the travel-sized trend by evolving their current cough syrup packaging to provide individual dosage for on-the-go usage.
SOLUTION
Delsym On-the-Go allows users to easily understand how to safely interact with the cough syrup and take it throughout their day. The packaging includes a tin box, labeled with all of the medicine information, and individual packages, which include all the necessary information for ingestion and can safely exist on their own. The overall design utilizes color, typography, and hierarchy to develop an informational system that makes the medicine packaging clear.
